Township Street Sweeping

August 31st, September 1st & 2nd -   In preparation of Cranbury Day 2020 on September 12th, Cranbury Township has arranged to have Township roads swept.  The Township is scheduled to be swept on August 31st, September 1st & 2nd.  Please remove all personal property (trash cans, basketball hoops, etc.) from the street and avoid parking on streets in the early morning hours on these dates. This will allow the sweeper to easily and expediently sweep the streets.  Once the sweeper has swept on any given day, parking is allowed. 

Three available lots are available for overnight parking to help avoid parking on the street during the early morning sweep.  The Municipal lot on Park Place West (in front of the senior complex); four off-street parking lots near the entrance of Cranbury Brook Preserve; and Village Park has two available lots for overnight parking.  Parking is on a first come basis.  It is realized that the sweeping may pose an inconvenience, but your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Spring leaf collection has ended, leaf piles should be at the curb.  Brush/chipping will be collected on August 19th.  Please place the chipping on the curb, not in the street.  The DPW is working hard to help clear and clean the streets in time for the Cranbury Day.
