Minutes: 06-22-06
Attendance: Ken Jacobs, Gene Buckley, Michele Harcher,

The meeting was called to order at 7:05
p.m.
Review of the Minutes
04-27-06 – The minutes from 4-27-06 were approved as amended by a
motion made by Rose Siconolfi and seconded by Bob O’Meara. All in favor.
Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
1.
Beth left a wrap up for everyone to review. There were 107 spectators that attended. Rose stated that event was great. Ken suggested that we kept the wrap up on
file for future use. Stump won, and will
open for The Accoustaholics.
2. Recreation
Master Plan
Beth and Gene attended a meeting. Monthly meetings will be done over the next 4
months and it should be done in September.
The information that the consultants requested was given to them.
3. Field
Use/Priority List
The field use/priority list was reviewed and changes were
made. Ken will make the changes and
email the new field use/ priority list to everyone for the final vote.
4. Movies and
Concerts in the Park
All the concerts have been scheduled. Ken asked if there was anyone to cover the
first concert to make sure the bands shows and gets paid, Gene
volunteered.
5. Tennis Round
Robin
Ken indicated that the person that Beth would like to do
this is very busy, but he told Ken that he will asked around to see if anyone
is interested.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Golden Agers
Rose said that they had their luncheon on Saturday and
the Women’s Club was their sponsor.
Friends of the Library would like to be sponsors.

3. Cranbury Day
Ken said that he talked to Beth, about doing something
different this year since we are doing the inflatables at the camp out. Ken will talk to Beth to decide what will be
done. Ken suggested a strolling clown or
a magician.
4. Budget 2007
Ken stated that everyone should keep in mind that we will
be working on the budget the next meeting.
Bob stated that we need to get the rebound walls. Ken suggested that we may be able to purchase
them from the trust.
5. Other
Michele stated that Public Works said that the soccer
field at Millstone was left a mess. Ken
said that he would draft a field closure policy to prevent that from happening.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
