Policy Governing Access to Use of
A portion of the Township of Cranbury’s web site is dedicated to the posting of community notices and announcements and will be referred to as the “Community Calendar.” The Community Calendar is limited to announcements and notices intended to inform residents about upcoming community events. “Community event” means any charitable, educational, cultural or recreational event taking place in Cranbury Township and sponsored by a Cranbury Township-based organization, group or person.
Due to space limitations, any announcement or notice will be limited to information concerning an upcoming event sponsored by the organization, group or person. More specifically, notices and announcements shall be limited to (1) the name of the group, organization or person sponsoring the event, (2) a concise description of the event and (3) date of the event. Once the organization, group or person has satisfied these qualifications, space on the Community Calendar will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The notices and announcements must be submitted to the Cranbury Deputy Clerk (Jean Golisano) via email at least seven (7) days in advance of the event.
