TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING
The regular meeting of the Cranbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment was held at the Township Hall (Old School Building) Main Meeting Room, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey, on August 2, 2006, at 7:30 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER
Frank Shea, Vice Chairperson, of the Cranbury Township Planning Board, called the meeting to order and acted as the Chairman thereof, and, Josette C. Kratz acted as Secretary of the meeting.
STATEMENT OF ADEQUATE NOTICE
Pursuant of the Sunshine Law adequate notice in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act was provided of this meeting’s date, time, place and agenda was mailed to the news media, posted on the Township’s Bulletin Board, mailed to those requesting personal notice, and filed with the municipal clerk.

REPRESENTATIVES: Donald S. Driggers, Esquire
Mr. Driggers explained that one of the tenants went into bankruptcy and they have requested that the applicant vacate the property as of August 31, which will solve one problem. There was a letter submitted to Maser Consulting of July 31 sets forth the approvals they have obtained and the status. The problem the applicant was having been with NJDOT of which the applicant was not getting a response from.
Ms. Marcelli requested copies of all of the applicant’s applications and correspondence with NJDOT.
Ms. Kemp moved that the extension be approved for only 30-days until the next meeting where the Board could look at all the facts and determine if additional time would be required. Richard Johnson seconded the motion.

Adequate notice was given and Board had jurisdiction to hear the matter. All applicant’s professionals and Township professionals were sworn.
Mr. Collins gave full detail of the chronological history of this application.
Mr. Pierson gave testimony as to the overview of the radio frequency requirements, topography, hand off, reliable signaling problems incurred at some of the alternate sites.
Ms. Constantine gave some history on the developments history with the firehouse site. Most Board members were not aware that a sub-committee had been established.
The Board asked that the application bring back propagations of the alternatives site and the different heights of the proposed tower.
Application was carried until September 6, 2006 without further notice.
ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was thereupon adjourned.
