ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 20^th day of July, 2005 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1. Approved Resolution To allow Jeffrey Green, Esquire to preform services with regard to the following litigation: STEVEN FEIBUS, t/a JALLIE REALTY CO. and PGCP/LLC.

2. Approved Application No. ZBA 090-05 Stephen Root, Block 23, Lot 123, RLD-1, 2 Wynnewood Drive, Bulk Variance - Fence.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
