TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th day of December 2007 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1.         Approved Resolution of Memorialization for Application No. ZBA 144-07 Florist and Gift Shop – Johnson, Block 23, Lot 42.01, 79 North Main Street, Use Variance & Minor Site Plan.

2.         Approved Resolution of Memorialization for Application No. ZBA 145-07 Omnipoint Communications, Block 7, Lot 23.02, HC Zone, 2682 Route 130, Co-location on previously approved Sprint Tower.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
