TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of August 2008 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1. Approved Resolution of Memorialization for Application No. ZBA154-08 Cranbury Real Estate, LLC (Ballezzi), (a.k.a. Susan Hagerty’s Law Office), Block 25, Lot 30.01, Zone V/HR, 101 North Main Street, Use Variance.

2.         Approved Application No. ZBA 131-07 Ladinsky, Robert, Block 18.02, Lot 18, 5 Stockton Drive,      Fence Variance.

3.         Approved Application No. ZBA 158-08 Frank H. Foulkes, Block 19, Lot 10, Zone RLD-1, 93 South Main Street, Bulk Variance to construct a deck in the rear setback.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
