ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 6^th day of May, 2009 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1. Approved Application No. ZBA 110-06 Robert & Barbara Dillon, Block 10, Lot 11, LI Zone, 32 Hightstown-Cranbury Station Road, Amendment to his bulk variance approval to reduce landscaping.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
