ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 10^th day of April 2008 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1. Approved Resolution of Memorialization for 2007 Annual Report of the Cranbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.

2.         Approved Application No. ZBA 151-08 (formerly American Properties Application ZBA 096-05), Rolly’s, LLC, Block 6, Lot 14.03, Route 130& South River Road, Application to change original approval(s).

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
