NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY BOARD

TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

 

TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of February, 2009 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

 

1.                   Granted exstention of time for one-year for Application No. ZBA 149-07 Daniel & Megan Pease, Block 33, Lot 34, Zone V/HR, 4 Scott Avenue, Bulk Variance to allow for an addition.

 

1.                   Approved Application No. ZBA 159-09 Michael & Rebecca Frank, Block 18, Lot 18, V/HR Zone, 24 Station Road, Bulk Variance to erect a garage.

 

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
