TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that on the 9^th day of January, 2008 the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1.         Appointments were made as follows: Dale Smith as Chairperson; Frank Shea as Vice Chairperson; Josette C. Kratz as Board Secretary; Steven Goodell, Esquire; and Virginia Guinta as Court Reporter.

2.         2008 Calendar Year Approval and Resolution and 2008 Notice of Meetings and Fees Approval and Resolution.

3.         Approved Application No. ZBA 149-07 Daniel & Megan Pease, Block 33, Lot 34, Zone V/HR, 4 Scott Avenue, Bulk Variance to allow for an addition.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
