In accordance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, it is hereby announced and shall be entered into the minutes of this meeting that adequate notice of this meeting has been provided:
(1) Posted on January 23, 2006 on the Bulletin Board of the Municipal
Office at 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey and remains posted at that location.

(3) Was filed on January 23, 2006 with a Deputy Municipal Clerk at the Cranbury Municipal Office, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey and remains on file for public inspection, and
(4) Sent to those individuals who have requested personal notice.
On motion by Mr. Panconi, seconded by Mr. Stout and unanimously carried, Mr. Thomas C. Witt was appointed Temporary Deputy Clerk:

The Township Committee discussed various aspects of the proposed 2006 Budget.
† The Mayor opened the meeting to public questions and comments on those items not on the agenda. Mr. Dietrich Wahlers, KHov Development resident , asked if it were mandatory that the Township give money to the Cranbury Public Library.† Mr. Stannard responded, the monies are allocated to the Library because of a State mandate.† Mr. Wahlers also raised the issue of the costs associated with the Master Plan being a legal necessity in the 2006 Budget or just a policy decision. Ms. Jessica Beym, The Cranbury Press, asked if she could have information sent to her on the proposed Budget.† Ms. Marabello, C.F.O., responded information would not be available until the Budget introduction at the February 13, 2006 meeting.† There being no further comments, the Mayor closed the public part of the meeting.
On motion by Ms. Stave, seconded by Mr. Stannard and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
