CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 10-06-24 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, CONCERNING THE WAIVER OF CONSTRUCTION FEES AND CONNECTION FEES AND AMENDING CHAPTERS 72 AND 124 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY (Second Reading October 23, 2006).

Resolution # R 10-06-132 – Resolution providing for the insertion of a special item of revenue in the municipal budget of the Township of Cranbury, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-87 (Chapter 159, P.L. 1948) for Green Acres Trust Grant in the amount of $50,000.00.

Resolution # R 10-06-133 – Resolution authorizing the release of engineering escrow for Hot Wok Café.

Resolution # R 10-06-134 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for the Hot Wok Café.

Steve Benner, Tax Assessor, will give his monthly update on the Township’s Revaluation.

b.   Discussion of Keep Middlesex Moving, Inc., Municipal Transportation             Demand Management Grant (T.D.M.). (Tom Witt).

Tom Witt will discuss with the Township Committee KMM’s Municipal T.D.M. Grant Application for up to $5,000 which was submitted on behalf of the Township on October 18, 2006.  The Application addresses improvements to the sewer utility easement in Wynnewood creating a safer pedestrian/bicycle pathway.
