Ordinance # 09-05-24 – An Ordinance of the Township of  Cranbury repealing in its entirety Chapter 93 of the Code of the Township of Cranbury and replacing it in part with new Chapter 21 in Part I of the Code, entitled “Historic Preservation Commission,” and new Chapter 93 in Part II of the Code, entitled “Historic Preservation.  (Second Reading on October 24, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.)

R 09-05-178 – Resolution confirming the Township Engineer’s report on the costs to be assessed to individual property owners for the village sidewalk improvements, fixing the number of annual installment payments for the assessments and fixing the interest rate(s) for the unpaid balance on the assessments.

a.   Township Re-Valuation Process (Steve Benner)

Steve Benner, Tax Assessor, will present to the Township Committee for review a draft of the bid documents pertaining to the re-valuation.

 

b.      Police Station Update (Mark Berkowsky)

Mark Berkowsky will discuss with the Township Committee the new Police Station and some additional items which are needed.
