Ordinance # 08-05-22 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey, amending Chapter 150 of the Land Development Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury to add new sections 150-110 et. Seq., entitled, “Required Growth Share Affordable Housing Obligation”. (Second Reading October 10, 2005)

Ordinance # 08-05-23 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey, amending Sections 76-24 and 76-25 of Chapter 76, “Development Fees” of the Code of the Township of Cranbury.

Ordinance # 08-05-18 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, amending Chapters 60 (“Boats”), 103 (“Noise”) and 110 (“Peace and Good Order”). SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING ADJOURNED UNTIL September 12, 2005.

Ordinance # 08-05-20 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury to enter into an agreement with the New Jersey Barn Company. An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an amended agreement with the New Jersey Barn Company, Inc. for the acquisition and storage of the “Howarth”, a.k.a. “Parsonage”, barn.

A bond ordinance providing for the Wright South Soil Remediation Project in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $157,500 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $150,000 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.
