CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 05-08-13 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE    TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF, AND RATIFYING SALARIES AND PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS PREVIOUSLY PAID”. CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 04-08-10 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE    TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF, AND RATIFYING SALARIES AND PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS PREVIOUSLY PAID”.

b).  Resolution # R 05-08-095 – Resolution supporting “Click It or Ticket” the week of May 19 - June 1, 2008.

c).  Resolution # R 05-08-096 – Resolution refunding the Community Services Group at The Four Seasons at Cranbury $729.22 for water usage for the pump station (owned by Cranbury Township) which had been previously paid by them.

d).  Resolution # R 05-08-097 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Rockefeller (Block 8, Lot. 1.01) Public Improvements.

e).  Resolution # R 05-08-098 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Rockefeller – Crate & Barrel (Block 4, Lots 1.03 & 1.04).

f).   Resolution # R 05-08-099 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement for heating/air conditioning routine maintenance services (HVAC) and repairs (as needed) with Titan Mechanical LLC.
