Resolution # R 05-06-077 –  Payment of Bills.

Resolution # R 05-06-078 - Resolution authorizing the application of the recycling tonnage grant for 2006 to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and designating Thomas C. Witt to facilitate same.

Resolution # R 05-06-079 – Resolution authorizing execution of Interlocal Services Agreement between Middlesex County and the Township of Cranbury for purchase of  Pictometry Aerial Imagery equipment.

Resolution # R 05-06-080 – Resolution to confirm the work hours of Municipal Building Personnel.

Resolution # R 05-06-081 – A Resolution authorizing the execution and recording of a Deed Notice for Block 21, Lot 8.18(Millstone Park).

Resolution # R 05-06-082 – Resolution regarding the acquisition of certain real property located at 2665 Route 130 South, designated as Block 26, Lot 3 on the tax map of the Township of Cranbury, sometimes referred to as the “Route 130-D” site.

      The Township Committee will discuss implementation of an outdoor dining ordinance.

             

b.      Discussion of Cranbury Township Code Change, §13.3—Membership Municipal Alliance Committee (Tom Witt)

The Township Committee will discuss a Code Change pertaining to the number of Committee members for the Municipal Alliance Committee.

 

c.   Discussion of revised specs for Cell Tower (R. Preiss, Township Planner & Trishka Waterbury, Township Attorney).

The Township Planner and Township Attorney will discuss with the Township Committee, revised specs for the Cell Tower.

 

13.              Resolution

Cranbury Township Resolution # R 05-06-083 – A Resolution authorizing the advertising of revised specifications for the lease of a portion of Township-owned Property located adjacent to the Fire Station on South Main Street, for the purpose of replacing the existing lattice tower with a new wireless telecommunications tower and amending Resolution # R 09-05-185.
