a.  Update from Police Chief Jay Hansen on Police Department 

     Police Chief Jay Hansen will give his monthly report on the Police Department.

 

b.  Progress report on Cranbury Township’s Revaluation and discussion of  open space tax rate.(Steve Benner)

Steve Benner, Tax Assessor, will update the Township Committee on the progress of the Township’s revaluation and discuss with the Township Committee the setting of a new open space tax rate.

 

                     c.   Discussion of the Transportation Trust Fund Grant Program (Cathleen   Marcelli, Township Engineer

Cathleen Marcelli, Township Engineer, will discuss with the Township Committee, the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Grant Program and its impact on Cranbury Township.

 

d.   Discussion of an outdoor dining ordinance

The Township Committee will discuss the possibility of an outdoor dining ordinance.

 

e.   Discussion of various changes to Cranbury Township Code, Chapter 46:     Alarms

   The Township Committee will discuss amending the Cranbury Township Code, Chapter 46, concerning Alarms.
