CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 04-08-09 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, ENTITLED “LAND DEVELOPMENT,” TO IMPLEMENT LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT NONSTRUCTURAL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES FOR STORMWATER RUNOFF.”  (Second Reading, June 9, 2008).

CRANBURY TOWNSHP ORDINANCE # 03-08-08 –  A BOND ORDINANCE  PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $312,788.50 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $202,145 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

b).  Resolution # R 04-08-063 – Resolution authorizing disposition of surplus property and the auctioning of said property.

c.) Resolution # R 04-08-065 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement with Corner House for counseling services in conjunction with the Municipal Alliance Program.

d).                                      Resolution # R 04-08-066 - Resolution canceling property taxes for Block 2.01, Lot 2.02 and Block 20, Lot 10.02 and refunding any monies paid to date. 

e). Resolution # R 04-08-067 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with Sockler Realty Services, Group, Inc. for tax appeal services.

f).   Resolution # R 04-08-069 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Building 1, Block 2, Lot. 4.01 (Morris-Protinick).
