CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-08-06 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY REGARDING LEGALIZED GAMES OF CHANCE AND AMENDING ARTICLE I, ENTITLED “RAFFLES AND BINGO,” OF CHAPTER 99 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY.
CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-08-07 – AN ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40a:4-45.14) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008.
a). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-046- Payment of Bills.
a). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-047 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with Children’s Home Society of New Jersey and the Township of Cranbury on behalf of the Municipal Alliance in conjunction with a grant ($13,000).
b). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-048 – Resolution authorizing the release of escrow funds to Petrucci Development (JERC Partners V, LLC) in the amount of $ 76.60.

c). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-049 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a Performance Guarantee for American Properties at Cranbury, LLC (Block 6, Lot 14.03).
d). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-050 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with International Fireworks Mfg. Company to conduct fireworks on July 5, 2008 (rain date of July 6, 2008) at Village Park.
e). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 03-08-051 – A Resolution approving the installation of a fence at 5 Danser Drive within the Township of Cranbury’s drainage easement and authorizing the execution of an encroachment agreement to allow same.

a. Discussion of Draft of Township’s Objections To New Council On Affordable Housing Rules
Township Administrator will discuss with the Township Committee a draft of the Township’s objections to the new proposed COAH rules and the proposed rules impact on the Township.
b. Discussion of Selection Process for Head of Police Department
The Township Committee will discuss the selection process for someone to head the Police Department.
