CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-08-06 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY REGARDING LEGALIZED GAMES OF CHANCE AND AMENDING ARTICLE I, ENTITLED “RAFFLES AND BINGO,” OF CHAPTER 99 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY (Second Reading on March 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.).
CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-08-07 – AN ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40a:4-45.14) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008 (Second Reading on March 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.).
CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-08-05 – A REFUNDING BOND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, PROVIDING FOR THE
REFUNDING OF ALL OR A PORTION OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1998 AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2002, APPROPRIATING $10,750,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE BY THE TOWNSHIP OF ONE OR MORE SERIES OF REFUNDING BONDS IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT EXCEEDING $10,750,000 FOR FINANCING THE COST THEREOF.
Proposed 2008 Budget for the Township of Cranbury will be formally introduced. A public hearing on the Budget will be held on Monday, March 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution # R 02-08-037 – Proposed 2008 Budget for the Township of Cranbury.
a). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-038- Payment of Bills.
a). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-039 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement with City Connections, LLC for hosting and maintaining the Township’s web site ($6,395.00).
b). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-040 – Resolution authorizing the Township Administrator to make application to the Middlesex County Department of Economic Development for an energy grant for various energy-saving projects at Township buildings.
c). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-041 – Resolution establishing regulations and fees for the use of Cranbury Township’s Athletic Fields.
d). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-042 – Resolution dedicating grant monies from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) be used to defray some of the soft costs associated with the Township’s Third Round Affordable Housing Plan.
e). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-043 - Resolution accepting the highest bid at the lease by auction of Township property known as the “Fischer” Farm.
f). Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-08-044 – Resolution accepting the highest bid at the lease by auction of Township property known as the “Frosztega” Farm.
