CRANBURY TOWNSHP ORDINANCE # 02-07-01 – An Ordinance for Calendar Year 2007 to exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation limits and to establish a cap bank.(Second Reading on February 26, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.).
CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-07-02 – An Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County replacing existing Chapter 13 of the Code of the Township of Cranbury, entitled, “Drug Abuse and Alcoholism, Municipal Alliance Committee On”, with new Chapter 26, entitled, “Municipal Alliance Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse”(Second Reading on February 26, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.).
Proposed 2007 Budget for the Township of Cranbury will be formally introduced. A public hearing on the Budget will be held on Monday, March 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution # R 02-07-034 – Proposed 2007 Budget for the Township of Cranbury.

Community Development Block Grant
Public hearing on $29,700.00 of 2007 Community Development Block Grant funds to be used to fund low-to-moderate housing needs in the Township of Cranbury.

Resolution # R 02-07-036 – Resolution changing street addresses and assigning addresses to six buildings on affordable site at The Four Seasons.
Resolution # R 02-07-037 – Resolution authorizing the release of a Performance Guarantee for Cranbury Business Park – Building V.
Resolution # R 02-07-038 – Resolution appointing Kathleen R. Cunningham to the Housing and & Community Development Committee.
Resolution # R 02-07-039 – Resolution concerning the Township of Cranbury’s request to the County of Middlesex to establish a “No Passing Zone” along Old Trenton Road from South Main Street to the Millstone River Bridge (bordering East Windsor).
Resolution # R 02-07-040 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a Performance Guarantee for Rockefeller Group-Private Improvements.
Resolution # R 02-07-041 – Resolution appointing a Cranbury Township Local Emergency Planning Committee.
