CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE 01-08-03 –BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ACQUISITION AND

CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN AND BY THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY,

APPROPRIATING $1,710,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,624,500 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

b).  Resolution # R 02-08-031 – Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with MGB Housing & Tax Consultants, LLC, for grant writing services for Township affordable housing projects.  

c).   Resolution # 02-08-036 – Resolution of the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, making application to the Local Finance Board pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:2-51 et  seq.

c).  Resolution # R 02-08-034 – Resolution authorizing a refund of overpaid 2007 property taxes for Block 21, Lot 8.13 in the amount of $3,558.31.

d).  Resolution # R 02-08-035 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an Agreement with Middlesex County for a Municipal Alliance Grant (matching funds) in the amount of  $6,566.00.
