ORDINANCE # 02-06-06 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, AMENDING SECTION 84-19 OF CHAPTER 84, “FIRE PREVENTION” OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY”(Second Reading March 13, 2006).

ORDINANCE # 01-06-02 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY CHAPTER 93 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AND REPLACING IT IN PART WITH NEW CHAPTER 21 IN PART I OF THE CODE, ENTITLED “HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION,” AND NEW CHAPTER 93 IN PART II OF THE CODE, ENTITLED “HISTORIC PRESERVATION.”

 

CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-06-05 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14.

Resolution # R 02-06-030 – Resolution authorizing the adoption of an additional Deferred Compensation Plan provided by the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company and Lincoln Financial Group, its agent (12-PD-LINCOLN-E100303) to be offered to Township employees.

Resolution # R 02-06-031 - Resolution adopting a Temporary Budget for the Township of Cranbury.

Resolution # R 02-06-032 – Resolution of final acceptance of new Township Police Building contract and authorizing release of  final payment.
