CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 04-06-08 – A BOND  ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING THE ISSUANCE OF $486,993 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF (Second Reading May 8, 2006).

 

CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 04-06-09 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, CONCERNING STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND REPLACING IN ITS ENTIRETY, OLD SECTION 150-61 OF THE CRANBURY TOWNSHIP LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE WITH NEW SECTION 150-61.  (Second Reading May 8, 2006).

CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 03-06-07 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF AND RATIFYING SALARIES AND PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS PREVIOUSLY PAID.

Resolution # R 04-06-048 –  Payment of Bills.

Resolution # R 04-06-049 – Resolution authorizing salaries, wages, benefits and fees be paid to the various Township Officials and employees of the Township of Cranbury, effective January 1, 2006.

Resolution # R 04-06-050 - Resolution supporting the “Click It or Ticket” Mobilization of May 22 – June 4, 2006.

Resolution # R 04-06-051 – Resolution providing for the insertion of a special item of revenue in the municipal budget of the Township of Cranbury pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-87 (Chapter 159, P.L. 1948).

Resolution # R 04-06-052 – Resolution authorizing a refund of $215.00 for an overpaid sewer payment for Block 20.12, Lot 6.

Resolution # R 04-06-053 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement between Cranbury Township and Middlesex County for Municipal Alliance drug and alcohol preventions and education services ($6566.00).

Resolution # R 04-06-054 – Resolution authorizing execution of a Use and Occupancy Agreement for the restoration and preservation of the barns located on Barn Park (Block 21, Lot 4.11).

Resolution # R 04-06-055 – Resolution rescinding Resolution # R 08-05-168 and permanently staying the demolition of the “Updike Potato Barn”.

Resolution # R 04-06-056 – Resolution awarding a professional services agreement for legal services to Trishka Waterbury, Esquire and Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C.

Resolution # R 04-06-057 – Resolution awarding a professional services agreement for accounting and auditing services to John J. Maley, Jr., CPA, RMA.

Resolution # R 04-06-058 – Resolution concerning the redemption of securities.

a.   Discussion of Objection by Fair Share Housing Center to Petition for Certification for Cranbury Township’s Third Round Affordable Housing Plan.

      The Township Committee will discuss the objection to the Township’s Third Round Affordable Housing Plan.

 

      Resolution # R 04-06-059– A Resolution concerning Cranbury Township’s petition for substantive certification of its Third Round Affordable Housing Plan and appointing a mediation team in connection therewith.

 

            b.   Discussion of a stream corridor ordinance

The Township Committee will discuss the need for a stream corridor ordinance.

c.   Discussion of redefining open space within the Township for various recreational needs.

      The Township Committee will discuss the need for an ordinance to redefine open space to facilitate various recreational needs.

 

d.   Update from Police Chief Jay Hansen on Police Department.

                  Chief Jay Hansen will present and discuss with the Township Committee an update on the Police Department.
