CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-06-06 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, AMENDING SECTION 84-19 OF CHAPTER 84, “FIRE PREVENTION” OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY.

Cranbury Township Resolution # R 02-06-022, the 2006 Budget for the Township of Cranbury, was introduced at the February 13, 2006 Township Committee Meeting and will be considered for final adoption on March 27, 2006.

b.   Township Committee Discussion of PCB Contaminated Concrete (Tom Witt) 

The Township Committee will discuss any action to ensure contaminated concrete is not brought into Cranbury Township for any construction projects.

 

c.   Discussion of Township request for County recreation and preservation funding

      The Township Committee will discuss items to be presented to the County

      for recreation and preservation funding assistance.

 

d.   Discussion of MGD stream corridor

      The Township Committee will discuss requesting pedestrian access along the dam stream corridor at the former MGD site.

 

e.   Discussion of temporary use of Heritage Park for team sports

      The Township Committee will discuss the temporary use of Heritage Park for team sports until the fields in Millstone are reseeded.
