                  Ordinance 01-04-01  Bond Ordinance providing for the acquisition of property for use as open space in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $4,200,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $3,990,000 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof. (First reading 12 January 2004)  

                 

                  Ordinance 01-04-02  - Bond Ordinance providing for the acquisition of property for use as open space in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $3,570,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $3,391,500 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.  (First reading 12 January 2004)

 

                  Ordinance 01-04-03 - Bond Ordinance providing for the acquisition of property for use as open space in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $2,280,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $2,166,000 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of  the cost thereof. (First reading 12 January 2004)

 

                        Ordinance 01-04-04 - An Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey expanding the composition of the Historic Preservation Advisory Committee and amending section 93-4 of the code of the Township of Cranbury. (First reading 12 January 2004)

                  Resolution # R 01-04-027 -- Payment of Bills

                  Resolution # R 01-04-028 – Resolution appointing Peter Ziegler to Sergeant in the Cranbury Township Police Station.

a.       Township Employee Manual

      Proposed Employee manual complies with both the requirements set forth by the Joint Insurance Fund (JIF) that the township is a member of and the Municipal Excess Liability Fund (MEL).  Both of these organizations       have encouraged municipalities to review and have an approved plan on file by 1 March 2004.

 

                  Motion:  Resolution # R 01-04-029 – Resolution adopting the Employee Manual for Cranbury Township.

 

b.      Barclay Farm (Plainsboro Road) Farmland Amendment

      The Township Committee will discuss amending the current application before the State Agricultural Development Committee to limit the amount of impervious coverage to 5% (five percent).
