Ordinance # 08-05-18 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, amending Chapters 60 (“Boats”), 103 (“Noise”) and 110 (“Peace and Good Order”) (Second Reading, August 29, 2005).

 

Ordinance # 08-05-20 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury to enter into an agreement with the New Jersey Barn Company. An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an amended agreement with the New Jersey Barn Company, Inc. for the acquisition and storage of the “Howarth”, a.k.a. “Parsonage”, barn. (Second Reading, August 29, 2005).

 

Ordinance # 08-05-21 – A bond ordinance providing for the Wright South Soil Remediation Project in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $157,500 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $150,000 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.  (Second Reading, August 29, 2005).

Resolution # R 08-05-159 – Resolution authorizing the execution of a Regional Contribution Agreement between the Township of Cranbury and the City of Perth Amboy.

Resolution # R 08-05-161 – Resolution authorizing the demolition of the Updike potato barn.

Resolution # R 08-05-162 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make application for, and if awarded, execute a grant agreement with the State of New Jersey for State aid under the Municipal Stormwater Regulation Program.
