CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 03-06-07 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES, WAGES AND BENEFITS FOR VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF, AND RATIFYING SALARIES AND PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS PREVIOUSLY PAID”. Resolution # R 03-06-039 – Resolution ratifying and reaffirming the Interlocal Services Agreement between the Township of Plainsboro and Township of Cranbury for a shared Municipal Court.

Resolution # R 03-06-040 – Resolution authorizing 2006 erroneously paid property taxes to be refunded.

Resolution # R 03-06-041 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a performance guarantee for Sharbell Development Corp. (Public Improvements).

a. Discussion of possible acquisition of a rescue/pumper truck

The Township Committee will discuss the possible acquisition of a rescue/pumper truck for the Cranbury Fire Company.

b. Discussion and presentation by Stony Brook Millstone Watershed Association on a proposed stream corridor ordinance for Cranbury Township.

Ms. Jennifer Coffee, Director of Watershed Management, Stony Brook Millstone Watershed Association, will give a presentation and discuss with the Township Committee, a stream corridor ordinance for the Township.

c. Discussion of Eagle Scout signage project (Richard Vincellette).

Richard Vincelette will discuss and present for final approval by the Township Committee, his signage project for the Village Park bike trail.

d. Discussion of the historic barns in Cranbury Township

The Township Committee will discuss the proposed “Barn Park” and the repair of numerous historic barns in the Township as well as requirements for repair and/or restoration.

e. Discussion of use of various fields in Cranbury Township for sports teams

The Township Committee will discuss the use of various fields in the Township by sports teams.
