CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 02-06-05 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14. (Second Reading February 27, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.).

CRANBURY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE # 01-06-04 – A BOND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY, PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $855,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $812,250 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF”.

Proposed 2006 Budget for the Township of Cranbury will be formally introduced. A public hearing on the Budget will be held on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.

MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution # R 02-06-022 – Proposed 2006 Budget for the Township of Cranbury.

Community Development Block Grant

Public hearing on $29,700.00 of 2006 Community Development Block Grant funds to be used to fund low-to-moderate housing needs in the Township of Cranbury.

Resolution # R 02-06-024 – Resolution authorizing an Interlocal Services Agreement with Hightstown Borough for emergency “911”/Police Dispatching Services for 2006, 2007 & 2008.

Resolution # R 02-06-025 – Resolution authorizing the cancellation of the special sidewalk assessment taxes for Block 33, Lot 26 (C.H.A.) in the amount of $941.10.

Resolution # R 02-06-026 – Resolution awarding Contract for Liberty Way extension project, Contract # 29.
