Ordinance # 07-05-19 – An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey amending Chapters 2,3,4 and 5 of the Code of the Township of Cranbury, entitled “Township Committee,” Officers and Employees,” “Reserved,” and “Police Department,” respectively.  (Second Reading July 25, 2005, 7:00 PM).

Resolution # R 07-05-150 – Resolution authorizing a reduction of Performance Guarantee (Building “A”/The Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone – Private Improvements, Block 4, Lot 1.01).

Resolution # R 07-05-151 – Resolution the release of the winterization cash guarantee for “Four Seasons at Historic Cranbury”.

Resolution # 07-05-152 – Resolution extending the tax deadline to August 15, 2005.

Resolution # R 07-05-153 – Resolution awarding a master contract for gasoline, diesel fuel and #2 heating fuel ($25,000) .

12.      Work Session

a.  Presentation by Max Spann Auctioneers on E. Barclay Auction (9/23/05) and the future auction of Barclay North and South. 

Mr. Robert Dann , Director of Operations of Max Spann Auctioneers will give a presentation to the Township Committee on the upcoming auction of E. Barclay and the future auction of Barclay North and South.

 

b.   Regional Contribution Agreement

The Township Committee will discuss an update by the Mayor for a proposed Regional Contribution Agreement (RCA).

 

c.   Sidewalk Repairs Update

      Thomas Witt, Acting Administrator will give an update on the sidewalk repair project.

 

                  d.   Police Station Update

Mark Berkowsky of Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. will update the    Township Committee on the current status of the construction of the new Police Building.
