TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY

PLANNING BOARD

TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of October 2007 the Planning Board of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1.         Approved Proposed Amendment to the Land Use Plan of the Master Plan

Involving the Open Space and Recreation Plan Element.

2.         Began and carried Application No. PB 122-06 Danny Perovic/ADJ Land Developers, LLC, Block 5, Lot 14, 2670 Route 130, Minor Site Plan for change of use to restaurant to November 1, 2007.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Planning Board with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
