PLANNING BOARD

TAKE NOTICE that on the 7th day of February, 2008 the Planning Board of the Township of Cranbury in the County of Middlesex took the following actions:

1. Approved minutes for May 10, 2007, September 20, 2007, October 4 and 18, 2007, November 1, 2007, January 10, 2008.

2.         Approved Resolution of Memorialization for Application No. PB 099-05       Matthew & Patricia Long, Block 21, Lot 3, Zone A-100, 39 Cranbury Neck Road, for an extension of time for placing the signature on deeds.

3.         Heard the Conceptual Plan for Application No. PB 098-05 Viridian (a.k.a. Unexcelled), Block 10, Lot 10, Brickyard Road.

Resolutions memorializing decisions of the Planning Board with respect to the above matters will be adopted at the next regular meeting and upon adoption will be filed in the office of the municipal clerk and will be available for public inspection.
