RE:                  Special Township Committee Meeting – Monday, July 21, 2008

DATE:             July 17, 2008

            The Township Committee will be meeting on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey for the following purposes:

1.         Discussion regarding the Township’s participation in Middlesex County’s potential acquisition of an easement on property known as 156 Plainsboro Road, Block 25, Lots 42.01 and 42.02.

2.         Discussion regarding the purchase of a vehicle for use by the Township’s Fire Official.

Formal action may be taken.

In addition, the Township Committee will hold a Closed Session for the following purposes:

1.   Personnel.

2.   Negotiations concerning the acquisition of real property—156 Plainsboro  Road.
