Amendment to the Land Use Plan of the Master Plan
Involving
the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on JULY 21, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at
the Township Hall Old School Building, Cranbury, Middlesex County, New Jersey,
the Cranbury Township Planning Board of the TOWNSHIP OF CRANBURY,
pursuant N.J.S.A. 40:55D-89, shall hold a public hearing on the Examination of
the Township of Cranbury’s Master Plan portion involving the Municipal
Stormwater Management Plan. This notice
is being published in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13.
A full copy of the proposed
Municipal Stormwater Management Plan is available for review at the both the
Planning Board Office and the Office of the Township Clerk, at 23A North Main
Street, Cranbury, NJ, Middlesex County, and may be inspected during the hours
of Mondays through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The proposed Municipal
Stormwater Management Plan (MSWMP) was prepared to address development impacts
and existing land use impacts on stormwater related water quality, groundwater
recharge, and water quantity. The
creation and implementation of the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan or MSWMP
is required under N.J.A.C. 7:14A-25 Municipal Stormwater Regulation Program,
and the MSWMP has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of N.J.A.C.
7:8 Stormwater Management.
At the time of the public
hearing any interested persons may appear and present any comments in support
of, or in opposition to the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan (MSWMP). The Cranbury Township Planning Board may act
on the Municipal Stormwater Management Plan (MSWMP) at the closing of the
public hearing on July 21, 2005, or may continue to another date.
