MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE
Diane Stasi, Harry Williams, and Chairperson Bobbie Marlowe, were present.
101 Plainsboro Road, (B28,L18.01) In Historic District; Application was made by Mr. L. Bencze for homeowner John Ritter for the design of a freestanding pergola. Zoning denial was received from Zoning Officer on October 16, 2006. HPC tried to call Mr. Bencze without success. HPC decided to table this application should the design change due to the zoning decision. Record reflects that Harry Williams recused himself.
44 South Main Street, (B23,L83) In Historic District, Classified C; an application was received and reviewed by the Administrative Officer on October 16, 2006. It was deemed complete after discussion with homeowner, Mrs. Luck. She states that re-pointing the foundation and the porch pillars needs attention due to the deterioration of the concrete. This application was approved as ordinary maintenance the day it was received. An approval letter was generated while the applicant waited.
HPC briefly discussed their vacancies and the difficulty of finding interested individuals. Of the two people, one person would not be a suitable candidate because of their involvement in town.
Diane updated the Commission regarding an interested person. Bobbie is aware of the individual, concurring that they are very consensuses and feels would be a good candidate for HPC.
Gail Hunton responded with a phone call to Linda Scott stating that she is still interested in finishing the Guidelines. Gail expressed that she will draft a letter to HPC and would like to attend a meeting to meet the new Commission members. This letter, to date, was not received.
An update regarding the last 13 certified re-mailings is progressing. There is one property in the Historic District that is having difficulty receiving the certified letters. HPC recommended that his letter be forwarded to the attorney of record, Frank Brennan, for delivery. Secretary will attend to this.
The flyer for the workshop on October 27, 2007 along with directions was distributed. All of the Commission will be attending this workshop.
Diane commented that the meeting minutes of October 3, 2006 regarding the budget were well written; communicating why HPC is requesting t he itemized funds.

There being no further business, a motion duly made by Bobbie Marlowe, seconded by Harry Williams and carried, the meeting was thereupon adjourned at 8:15pm.
