Application made by Mr. Chido of 8 Plainsboro Road (B26.01,L11) for the removal of existing aluminum siding and replace with insulation under vinyl siding. DISCUSSION

Diane submitted an article for the upcoming newsletter regarding fences. This article was reviewed by the members, which prompted discussion of the proposed ordinance and its timeline. This will be reviewed and hopefully keep to schedule. The professionals will list the policy issues that should be addressed at a meeting by the end of June.

The Approval Requirements has a statement in HPAC paragraph that should be removed. Secretary will call Jeff Graydon for his input and approval regarding this issue.

Bobbie Marlowe signed the Professional Service Agreements for Michele Donato, secretary witnessed. These will be forwarded to the Clerk to be placed on the agenda for the next TC meeting.

Bobbie had a discussion with Cynthia this past week regarding an idea of sending recognition notes to homeowners who performed exceptional and noteworthy work after working with HPAC, enhancing the promotion of preservation. This would be on an individual application basis. Bobbie will discuss this idea with the mayor. The start date of this could coincide with the passage of the new ordinance.

Bobbie is following up with the current HPAC vacancy. Mr. Grubb was to send his resume to the Township Administrator. As of this date it has not been received.

In regards to 44 North Main Street, homeowners stated that there was a limit to the colors of the cement board that he would like to use. HPAC does not comment on colors. It was stated that there was much positive feedback from the public regarding this issue.
