            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 3:50 p.m. on February 5, 2007, the Cranbury Township Committee held a closed emergency meeting pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-9.1. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss anticipated litigation and matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel in connection with comments made during the Township Committee’s February 3, 2007 budget meeting, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.b(7). The meeting was held via telephone conference in the Township Administrator’s Office, Town Hall, Second Floor, 23A North Main Street, Cranbury, New Jersey.

            No action was taken.
