· Applicant should verify that floor drains have not and do not discharge to the environment.
· Applicant should make certain that NJDEP Case Manager is aware of the planned development and that the development will not exacerbate the soil and groundwater contamination.
· NJAC 7:8 et al. Stormwater Management Regulations prohibit recharging of stormwater from service stations. The drainage plans show stormwater from service station being directed to a stormwater basin. Applicant should advise how it will comply with stormwater management regulations.
