                  Ordinance # 02-05-06 - An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey amending chapter 100 of the Code of the Township of Cranbury . (First Reading February 7, 7:00PM)

 

                  Ordinance # 02-05-07 - An ordinance of the Township of Cranbury in Middlesex County, New Jersey accepting the dedication of a portion of property abutting Corporate Drive and designated on the Cranbury Township Tax Map as Block 2, Lot 3.02 (First Reading February 7, 7:00PM)

Resolution # R 03-05-052 - Resolution fixing the salaries and wages for various officials and employees of the Township of Cranbury.

 

 

                  Resolution # R 03-05-053 - Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an interlocal agreement between Cranbury Township and Middlesex County for a Homeland Security Pass-Through Grant ($5,000.00).

                  Resolution # R 03-05-054 - Resolution authorizing the release of a performance guarantee for Grundy Single Family Dwelling (Block 23, Lot 42.02)

                  Resolution # R 03-05-055 - Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing self-examination of the 2005 Budget. (As required by the Director of Community Affairs)

                  Resolution # R 03-05-056 - Resolution authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to pay required bills.       

                  Resolution # R 03-05-057 - Resolution supporting the Community Development Program and urging Congress to restore its funding.

                  Resolution # R 03-05-058 - Resolution calling for full and fair funding in the TEA-21 Reauthorization. (Transportation Equity Act)

                  Resolution # R 03-05-059 - Resolution authorizing a refund for overpayment of liquor license fees for Cranbury Inn. ($200.00)

a.       CHA Pin Oaks

      The Township Committee will discuss a request by Cranbury     Housing Associates to have the Township acquire the site known as "Pin         Oaks".  Pin Oaks was previously an affordable housing location.  The housing was demolished and there are no further plans to develop the site.  

 

b.      FY 2006 NJDOT State Aid Application (Cathy Marcelli)

      The Township Committee will discuss possible State aid projects for roads and sidewalks for the NJDOT FY 2006 Municipal Aid, Local Bikeway, Safe Streets to Schools and Centers of Place Programs State Aid Application.

 

c.       Police Station Update

      Mark Berkowsky of Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. will update the Township Committee on the current status of the construction of the new Police Building.

 

d.      Mayoral and Township Committee Appointments
