                  Ordinance # 10-04-25 - A bond Ordinance providing for Open Space                                     Acquisitions in and by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of                                  Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $500,000.00 therefor, authorizing                           the issuance of $500,000. bonds or notes of the Township for financing                             part of the cost thereof. (Second Reading 15 November 2004)

Resolution # R 10-04-183 – Resolution canceling the outstanding balance for ordinance 10-03-13 (Open Space Acquisition).

Resolution # R 10-04-184 – Resolution to refund the overpayment of taxes Block 23, Lot 108.18 ($974.98)

Resolution # R 10-04-185 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute a developer's agreement between the Township of Cranbury and Ceder Brook East Corporate Center, L.P. (Block 1, Lot 5.01)

Resolution # R 10-04-186 – Resolution appointing Greg Farrington Cranbury Township Construction Official

Resolution # R 10-04-187 – Resolution appointing Jason Marazzo to the position of Public Works Employee at an hourly rate of $16.36, plus $1.00 per hour firefighter incentive.  

      Resolution # R 10-04-188 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a    performance guarantee for Four Seasons at Historic Cranbury (Public)         Resolution # R 10-04-189 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a    performance guarantee for Stay Bridge Suites, Block 5, Lot 16.02(Private)

                  Resolution # R 10-04-193 – A Resolution of the Township of Cranbury                                    making application to the Local Finance Board, pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:                           2-7.

a.       Public Hearing Comcast Renewal

      Hearing on Comcast of Central Jersey, Inc.'s Application for Renewal
      of Municipal Consent to Construct, Upgrade and Operate a Cable
      Television Franchise in the Township of Cranbury.

 

b.      Bid Acceptance for Barclay

      Cranbury Township conducted a restricted farmland auction on 7 October        2004 in which the Barclay Farm (183 acres) Block 25, Lot 19.01 and             Block 23, Lot 12.01 was sold during a public auction. 

 

                  MOTION: Resolution # R 10-04-190 - Resolution accepting the                                 highest bid at the sale by auction of Township-owned restricted                                    farmland designated as Block 25, Lot 19.01 and Block 23, Lot                                  12.01 on the Cranbury Township Tax Map and known as the                          "Barclay" Farm.

 

c.       Bid Acceptance for Wright South

      Cranbury Township conducted a restricted farmland auction on 7 October        2004 in which the Wright South Farm (25 acres) Block 23, Lot 13 was          sold during a public auction.  

 

                  MOTION: Resolution # R 10-04-191 - Resolution accepting the                                 highest bid at the sale by auction of Township-owned restricted                                    farmland designated as Block 23, Lot 13 on the Cranbury                                          Township Tax Map and known as the "Wright South" Farm.

 

d.      Bid Acceptance for Wright North

      Cranbury Township conducted a restricted farmland auction on 7 October        2004 in which the Wright North Farm (80 acres) Block 25, Lot 31 was         sold during a public auction.  

 

                  MOTION: Resolution # R 10-04-192 - Resolution accepting the                                 highest bid at the sale by auction of Township-owned restricted                                    farmland designated as Block 25, Lot 31 on the Cranbury                                          Township Tax Map and known as the "Wright North" Farm.

 

e.       Proposed Township Committee Meeting Schedule 2005

      The Township Committee will discuss the proposed Township meeting schedule for 2005.  (Three meetings or two meetings per month option)
