Resolution # R 03-04-054 -- Resolution authorizing the release of Khovnanian temporary escrow monies.

Resolution # R 03-04-055 -- Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an interlocal agreement with Middlesex County for Hazmat Services.

a. Police Station Update

Mark Berkowsky and Kurt Schmitt will provide the Township Committee the monthly status report on the soon to be built Cranbury Police Station.

b. Town Hall Use Policy

Review of current Town Hall use policy. Current policy prohibits private gatherings, requires insurance coverage and proof of residency along with prohibitions on smoking and alcohol.
