7. Cranbury Township Ordinance 06-03-10 – An Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury establishing the speed limit on Old Trenton Road Extension between South Main Street and State Route 130. [Township Committee had previously passed an ordinance establishing this speed limit but NJDOT requested that specific language be included for uniformity of traffic regulations.] (Second Reading 23 June 2003)

Cranbury Township Ordinance 05-03-09 – A Capital Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury authorizing expenses toward the purchase of open space by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey appropriating $40,000 from Cranbury Township’s Capital Surplus to cover the cost thereof. (First Reading 12 May 2003)

Resolution # R 06-03-118 – Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing the reduction of a performance guarantee for INCE, Inc. (Block 2, Lot 11 Private).

Resolution # R 06-03-119 – Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing the Stony Brook Millstone Watershed Association to conduct a Municipal Assessment.

Resolution # R 06-03-120 – Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing to refund certain 2003 and 2002 overpaid property taxes. (Six Parcels).

10. Work Session

a. West Property Preserve

The Township Environmental Commission proposes designating part of the West Property as a formal Preserve, to allow for conservation management, environmental education, connection to our agricultural history, and support of diverse habitats of terrestrial and aquatic plant and wildlife, and passive recreation.

b. Cranbury School Parking Expansion Request

The Board of Education of Cranbury School is requesting the long-term lease of a portion of the Township owned Wright South property for the purpose of expanding the existing school parking lot to meet the needs of the new gym facility.

c. Holland House Auction

Pursuant to the Local Lands and Buildings Law, the Township is considering selling the Holland House, located on Cranbury Station Road/Liberty Way, at a public auction to be held on June 27, 2003.
