a. Status
Report on Simonson and E. Barclay Farmland Parcels
Township Committee will consider the acquisition of two key farm parcels (approx 220 Acres) which were to have voluntarily gone into the Middlesex County Farmland Preservation Program and are subject to residential development. A report on the financial and tax implications of
acquisition vs. residential growth will be given. The public isn urged to attend the meeting and participate in the decision-making process.
