Resolution # R 06-03-108 – Payment of Bills

7. Work Session

a. Drainage along the shoulder of Petty Road

A continuation of previous discussions concerning drainage along Petty Road and the impact of proposed roadway improvements on the drainage.

b. West Property Preserve

The Township Environmental Commission proposes designating part of the West Property as a formal Preserve, to allow for conservation management, environmental education, connection to our agricultural history, and support of diverse habitats of terrestrial and aquatic plant and wildlife, and passive recreation.

c. Heritage Park Millstone Placement (Judy Dossin)

Judy Dossin, Chairman of the Cranbury Parks Board, will present the recommendation of the Parks Board on the placement of the millstone in Heritage Park.

d. Portable Dock on Brainerd Lake

The residents of 12 Evans Drive have requested that they be allowed to build and install a portable dock from their property out onto Brainerd Lake. The owner would be responsible for securing their own permits from the Department of Environment Protection and other agencies is allowed to build the dock.
