Resolution # R 12-03-236 – Payment of Bills

Resolution # R 12-03-237 -- Resolution requesting an extension of time from NJDOT, from January 9, 2004 to January 9, 2005, for the Liberty Way Extension Project.

Resolution # R 12-03-238 -- Resolution authorizing year 2003 budget transfers.

Resolution # R 12-03-239 -- Resolution amending a professional services agreement for Sockler Mignogna DiLello Realty Group, Inc. (Pete Sockler, South Brunswick Force Main Extension Project)

8. Work Session

a. Hagerty's Greenhouses

Residents would like to address the Township Committee with their concerns about the unsafe structure of the old Hagerty's greenhouses. During the recent wind storm, roofing material with attached nails and other debris was blown onto adjoining properties.

b. Cranbury Inn (Tom Ingenieri)

Tom Ingenieri, owner of the Cranbury Inn, requests that the Township Committee waive his requirement for a performance bond for improvements and additions on the Cranbury Inn.

c. Wright Farm Auction Documents

The Wright North (approx 88 acres) and Wright South (approx 25 acres) are scheduled to be auctioned during the spring of 2004. Township Committee will review draft auction documents for selling the Wright Farm. Bid documents, upon final approval, will be sent to interested parties and posted on the Township website. Additionally, the SADC is

considering allowing the Township to advertise the sale on the SADC Website. The Committee will discuss strategies for marketing these parcels, and the option of setting minimum bids.
