Resolution # R 01-03-014 – Payment of Bills

Resolution # R 01-03-015 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a Tax Lien. (Block 25, Lot 5)

Resolution # R 01-03-016 – Resolution authorizing the reduction of a performance guarantee for Sudler Hess Farmhouse (Private Improvements) Block 5, Lot 2.05.

Resolution # R 01-03-017 – Resolution canceling the balance in the renovation of the Old School Bond Ordinance for $217,000.00.

8. Work Session

a. Budget Presentation (Kathy Kovach)

Proposed 2003 Budget is presented by Kathy Kovach, Chief Financial Officer to the Township Committee. A general explanation of the budget and discussion of future meetings will be addressed.

b. Lenape Court

Representatives of the Lenape Court Homeowners Association met with the Township Administrator and Township Engineer on 4 December 2002 to discuss the feasibility of the Township taking over Lenape Court sometime in the future and what specific requirements must be fulfilled before the Township takes over ownership and maintenance. Next proposed meeting 630 PM on 27 January 2003.

c. Water along the shoulder of Petty Road (Cathy Marcelli)

A resident expressed some concerns about the drainage along portions of Petty Road. The Township Engineer conducted a field inspection and will report the findings to the Township Committee.

d. Master Plan Road Bridge (Cathy Marcelli)

The Township Administrator and Engineer met with members of the Middlesex County Engineer’s Office to discuss the proposed bridge on Liberty Way (Master Plan Road) that crosses the Cranbury Brook and the Eastern portion of Brainard Lake.

MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution # R 01-03-018 a resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute an interlocal agreement between the Township of Cranbury and Middlesex County for the construction of a proposed bridge along portions of Liberty Way in Cranbury Township (Master Plan Road).

e. Township Committee Liaison Assignments

Township Committee Liaison positions will be discussed.

f. 2003 Setting Township Committee Goals

Goals and objectives for the coming year will be discussed.
