Cranbury Township Ordinance 05-03-09 – A Capital Ordinance of the Township of Cranbury authorizing expenses toward the purchase of open space by the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey appropriating $40,000 from Cranbury Township’s Capital Surplus to cover the cost thereof. (Second Reading 9 June)

Resolution # R 05-03-109 – Payment of Bills

Resolution # R 05-03-110 – Resolution of the Township of Cranbury authorizing a pro-rated perfect attendance payment to Lt. William Maxell.

 

8.                  Work Session

 

a.       Barclay North House Exception

The Township Committee will discuss siting for a building lot on Barclay North as part of the Middlesex County farmland preservation application.

 

b.      Access Easement Wright South (Trishka Waterbury)

As part of the purchase of the Wright South property, the Township is required to continue to provide a driveway easement and the maintenance thereof to the homeowner, of Block 23, Lot 14.01. The Township’s obligations and associated costs will be discussed.  

 

c.       Cranbury Neck Road Sidewalks (Cathy Marcelli) 

The Township has received a $30,000 grant from the NJDOT for sidewalk construction on Plainsboro Road, which has been officially redirected to Cranbury Neck Road.  The Township will discuss the engineer's proposed

 

 

sidewalk construction cost estimate and Sharbell Development’s obligation to contribute to part of the project funding.

 

d.      Sidewalk and Road Priorities (Cathy Marcelli)

Applications for the annual road and sidewalk grants are due to NJDOT on June 30th.  The Township Engineer will recommend projects to be funded.
